My Hair Won’t Grow?

I regularly had to trim my bangs every six weeks or so. Just a quick snip, not something I needed a hairdresser for. Until one day I realized I hadn’t trimmed my bangs in about a year. I know I should have realized it sooner but life is busy. So I made an appointment with my hairdresser. This is what she told me.

  1. Only use quality shampoo. I alternate between these two: Botanic Hearth Tea Tree Shampoo and Botanic Hearth Argan Shampoo.

  2. Wash your hair at most every other day, every three days is better. Condition in-between washing if needed.

  3. Filter your water. I changed my shower head to this filtered shower head. You could also add a filter only if you really love your shower head.

  4. Finally, for styling (also to help with my carpal tunnel), use a blow dryer brush. This has been an absolute GAME CHANGER in my morning routine. I still prefer to use a straightener after blow drying, but recently when camping, it smoothed my hair enough to not need the additional straightening.

My hair is healthy, shiny, and in the best condition it’s been in since I was a teenager!! It’s worth it ladies, take care of your hair and feel good about yourself!
